Van Bavel Attorneys specializes in tax criminal law and economic criminal law. We handle cases that involve the Fiscal Intelligence and Investigation Service (FIOD), the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM), the Dutch Central Bank (DNB), and the National Public Prosecutor’s Office for Financial, Economic and Environmental Offences (Functioneel Parket). We represent companies, their directors and also private individuals.
